At Vellure, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We proudly offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on our skincare products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days from the date you received your order.
Refund requests are accepted even if the product has been opened and used.
No justification is required if you are not satisfied.
One (1) refund is allowed per customer for opened or used products.
Once a refund has been issued for an opened or used product, no additional refunds will be granted for opened products from the same customer.
Refunds for unopened and unused products are accepted without limitation.
However, from the second refund request onward, the customer will be required to return the product at their own expense.
Returned products must be:
Unopened
Unused
In their original packaging
Before any refund can be issued, customers must contact our customer support team to request a refund and receive instructions.
If a return is required, the return address will be provided by our support team.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of:
Abuse of the satisfaction guarantee
Multiple refund requests for opened products
Fraudulent or excessive refund behavior
